Google’s Nexus Phone in January 2010

If reports can be believed than Google is going to launch the first of its phone which has been completely designed by Google. The name Nexus One is being rumored to be in the circulation. These are unverified reports and there may be some truth in these reports. However, if this new phone comes out in the market, it is going to compete with iPhone and other popular phones. There is great interest in this phone because it would be first of Google’s venture into mobile phones market when it is its own to market and sell its services. One has to remember that Google is not mobile phone company; it is still a technology company. Many experts view these ventures as non-serious and experimental efforts. These companies would come in the market and would remain there for 2-3 years and after that will vanish or will sell its business to someone. While the companies, which have been doing business in consumer phone market, will stay for very long time.
